Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All products are shipped  1-2 weeks from the time of order for items that are crafted upon order.  Items that are ready to be shipped will be noted under item description and will be mailed out within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping will be calculated from zip code 19464.  USPS will be the default method of shipping unless another form is requested.
